I have been working at F5 Networks full-time (More than a year)

Great people. Relaxed work environment. Not like Microsoft, Amazon or Google. Very open to flexible schedules and working from home.

It deep Network technology. That's a steep learning curve to scale and hard to stay atop of. That intrinsic complexity combined with uptime needs of customers makes it really hard on our technical support personnel.

    Advice to Management

Less focus on beer Fridays and More focus on training from both external and internal resources in network tech for all employees in all departments. Working at F5 and not being able to explain the technology is embarrassing and can't be good for business.
