Decent benefits, but where is the balance between work, life, and school for those who choose to go that route?Fairfield is a good "for now" opportunity.... but do not stay here too long if you're looking to do better for yourself.

They only offer Tuition Reimbursement to corporate employees and even then make you jump through hoops to submit the paperwork? The bureaucracy of this place keeps it in the dumps. As much as they see profit growth, it won't last long with the lavish, out of control parties and petty spending, and the hiring of "friends" for the sake of having them around. HR is petty. They don't realize that people can hear them talk about employees very badly. The Payroll Department constantly complains to any and every one that will listen. How are you a resource to your employees when they don't feel comfortable talking to you because they are scared of what is said behind their backs? The only person anyone can depend on is the girl in the front but they put her down when she is the only one willing to offer any help.

    Advice to Management

Stop allowing the high school activity in your offices. It is not good for business. If anything, offer your employees some opportunity and mentoring.
