Good "micro" culture within different business units. Farmers gives back to the community which is a real positive. They also have a very strong bonus structure for their employees. Up until recently there was also opportunity for those who look to drive and succeed.
The CEO is the definition of "Peter Principle". He is entirely over his head and changes strategic decisions almost daily. No one in the organization respects him and he rules by fear simply firing his staff almost monthly. I've never quite seen so much incompetence in any role let alone the leader of the organization. The company is simply falling apart due to his negligence.
Advice to Management
Remove Jeff Dailey from his position as soon as you possibly can. He is out of touch, changes strategic direction almost daily, and has no idea how to run a company. Totally in over his head...I almost feel bad for him.
