    1) Great at manufacturing and being innovative in a manufacturing environment. 2) Very good at self performing Pre-Cast Erection for Parking Garage Structures. 3) Fairly good work/life balance. 4) Innovative manufacturing will bring company into new markets.


    1) As a Design Build Contractor, the Design Team is inexperienced and lost when it comes to designing a building or structure outside of the typical parking garage. 2) The Construction Team lacks knowledge and experience when it comes to constructing Buildings. The entire number of personnel within the construction department is equal to what is needed to run just one mid-size commercial project. 3) Lack of knowledge and experience in Construction Management Positions is concerning. 4) Salaries and benefits are not up to par with current market. 5) For a small company the management often has a big company/cut throat mentality. Preaches professionalism and respect but does not lead by example. 6) Plant management treats employees like an object, does not value the plant employee.

    Advice to Management

    Evaluate what is place to help employees succeed and the skill level of personnel in management positions. While preaching professionalism, and respect learn to Lead by example. **See Cons**
