    Negative Outlook

I worked at FocusKPI, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

I am not really going to highlight any at this point in time since I haven't had a very good experience.

I have been very disappointed with FocusKPI's management and lack of care. They have used me for cheap labor and didn't keep their agreements regarding my compensation. The company is not transparent, the management is not involved, favoritism of certain people who are not competent to do their job properly, cheap labor, lack of trust, lack of positive environment, lack of growth. People get laid off from one day to another, they are asked to do things that are not part of their actual job, lots of promises but nothing coming back in return!

    Advice to Management

If someone is performing well and bringing in lots of money, and you don't pay them, what do you expect to happen in the long run? I guess, you just don't care.
