    no training Less you know higher up ladder you go Everyone has own agenda Crappy salaries for very demanding clients / work & hours

    Advice to Management

    Learn how Freeman works Stop putting promoting people based on how much they suck up, utilize your seasoned staff with well rounded backgrounds to manage & train Pay attention to veterans who are young and driven or you'll lose them Manage client expectations Stop just throwing bodies at accounts - strategically place people Stop bending rules for some and not others, stop lying about opportunities and head count - positions "created" for some, others who are more qualified always passed over for promotion Pay better - if you expect 24/7 service - pay for it Give better raises & focus less on gossip when judging people, pay closer attention to middle management- you're in trouble with this group. Running own agendas When clients ask for specific AM assign them, client relationships are #1 priority Stop only pointing out negative Stop judging people before you know them Stop allowing VPs to verbally abuse account management Stop ignoring huge problem with being understaffed. Loyalty is rare - take care of those who go above & beyond daliky An AN shouldn't know more than boss Listen to your employees / help them reach career goals Consider more remote opportunity- you can write tickets anywhere Train & standardize processes across the board - what you do in boston should be same in Anaheim Stop telling worker beers how many billions will be made then give 2% raises Stop complicating everything Stop hiring leadership from outside and never teach them how freeman works - creating bad trend of wrong people managing areas they have no experience in.
