Very dedicated workforce. World wide reach. Development centers with real muscle to develop new service offerings. Corporate staff allows each wholly owned subsidiary to operate as it sees best.
Structured poorly. Senior management does not understand Consulting Operations. Grew through acquisition and never integrated the business. Senior staff looks out for themselves and not the company.
Advice to Management
Get it together and stop cutting off your noses to spite your faces. Laing off workers is not the way to get to profitability in the consulting world. You are only getting rid of your assets.
