    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at GE full-time (More than 8 years)

Strong Leadership and growth Opportunities accompanied by above industry benefits and salary. GE is investing heavily in the digital business and the incredible talent at GE can create a new age of useful, relevant, and actionable data.

There are really no cons at working at GE with the exception of perhaps a struggle to find work/life balance. That however is mostly self inflicted.

    Advice to Management

The best advice I'd have for management is to be aware of internal power struggles that sometimes occur over growth areas in the company. This can lead to poor cross functional collaboration and can quickly become an issue.
