    Discounts if you love to play games! Getting to hang out with other gamers while getting paid to do so. Letting other/ novice gamers in on emerging trends or new areas of gaming they han't explored yet.


    It's a retail store, you can only do so much. When it's slow, or if the store is in a bad location, low sales are often blamed on the employees even if they're trying their best.

    Advice to Management

    I have nothing against closing stores, but there should be a little better pay and upper management should have more communication with individual stores and their employees. I worked for this company 3 times, once with a terrible regional manager, once with good one, once with a great one; guess which store was most profitable?
