The people are friendly. Pay is somewhat comparable to the industry. The work you do is rewarding. Management is professional.

Benefits could be better. Pay could be better.

    Advice to Management

From my experience, what is expected of employees is more that of what is expected of employees with other companies in the industry. Like I said, pay is somewhat comparable. Other companies offer better benefits and pay for less knowledge. Compensating people with education over those with just experience would be a plus.
