I worked at General Datatech full-time (More than 3 years)
Really don't have any except fluff stuff like free food (which I heard has sort of ceased), free workout facility and trainers which I heard has been taken away and a free morning Barista. Profit Sharing can come/go depending on company numbers.
Definitely cleans house on a REGULAR basis when numbers are down. People are let go due to "personal" conflicts rather than not doing their job. Way too many interpersonal relationships going on with staff members. Way too many higher ranking employee's family members working for the company. Although departments are NOT micromanaged, there are employees that are fantastic at what they do, but are not utilized because other staff members can choose to use their services or not rather than making it a part of the process.
Advice to Management
If you are going to EMPLOY a person, make utilization of that employee a part of the process. Try to keep a steady flow of growth and stop laying off great people or stop yearly bonuses when money gets tight, that only makes people afraid to work for your company.
