Work culture and its positive atmosphere. This is a place where I found a mentor not a manager
Not a good paymaster. This is the reason many good people have left the job. The CEO talk rubbish in all quarterly result meetings. However, other leaders are really good and kept the show going till now.
Advice to Management
Should find a way to retain good people as the work and work-culture are not good enough to continue when there is so much of inflation.
