Good employed some really talented people. The technology is very relevant to the challenges the marketplace is facing in mobility.
There is lots of land grabbing and many of the executives go into panic mode whenever a customer escalates anything.
Advice to Management
Don't promise customers everything without vetting out what they are actually asking for, especially when they are highly emotional.
