I have been working at Grey Group full-time (Less than a year)
Salary, restrooms, lobby areas, location, easy commute, frequently hiring, macbook laptop given to use, tech savvy to point, can wear jeans and/or relaxed clothing if that's what you like for work.
No space for new employees, clique like atmosphere, open office space, hiring to fast and out growing office space, managers don't really communicate with support staff, already enough support staff don't need more, need to spread the work around. Health benefits are no better than last employer accept Grey offers vision. Very nomad /loaner type atmosphere, loud brash coworkers. Not impressed thus far, planning not to stay too long, thought working for advertising agency would be interesting but so far not impressed with this large unfriendly work environment. Has to be least at 1000 employees in this one location, and unless they know you they don't speak or acknowledge other presence. Very laid back work environment, if you like that style. Not professional enough. Open work spaces, managers sitting with fellow reports, no private offices. Musical chairs as per seating for employees. Not very welcoming environment, feel like interrupting the flow of things not being part of a team.
Advice to Management
Decide if hiring more people is really needed and adjust seating and/or office location. As playing musical chairs is not impressive to new hires.
