    Positive Outlook

I worked at Grossberg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

Good learning environment, great pay and benefits, very flexible with time off and unpaid leave. Some people take "sabbaticals" where they left for 2 months or more. Friendly, social employees.

No real cons unless you don't know what you are doing. You will have a hard time if you are not focused on your career and learning. They have weekly sessions where they discuss tax issues which can be boring but not all of them are mandatory.

    Advice to Management

Try to make the Wilners Neighborhood more interesting. Dont allow boring presentations.
