Friendly environment, executives actually seem to listen to employees suggestions/complaints, helpful employees from top level to bottom, employee vehicle, lots of resources to assist with sales (including a script from your first phone call all the way to your closing).
100% cold calling, significant turn around time for first unassisted sale (during my tenure 2 sales reps left, one after 2 years and the other after one year - neither had an unassisted sale during their tenure....), most of the company is onboard with telecommuting, except Cincy manager.
