I worked at H&L Partners full-time (More than a year)

I started out at H&L in 2012 and joined a team whom I've grown to love and have learned so much from! Pros: – AMAZING group of people. I've gained some great friends after my 2+ years here – Great place to learn the ropes/ins-and-outs of advertising and get some hands-on experience with some bigger client names – 99% of days you're out of the office by 5pm, so work/life balance is great

Cons: – Limited account roster, which means you're probably stuck on one account for the duration of your time here. It can also mean a promotion is harder to come by – Work/life balance is great, but it sometimes means you're not as 'stimulated' by your work (if you're young, at least) – Culture has diminished over the years

    Advice to Management

Work to keep lines of communication open with all employees, not just the VPs/Management teams. Also keep in mind how important culture is for our entire team. We all enjoy interacting outside of work too, so providing those outings are essential for keeping the teams in synergy.
