A company with great product brand recognition that offers great benefits to include a pension plan. If you are a high performer and get in with the right people you can succeed at this organization.
When the company wants to get rid if you, they make it look good on paper, pay the employees to keep their mouths closed by having them sign a Mutual Separation Agreement that then makes it look like the employee voluntary separated when in reality the company pushed them out.
Advice to Management
Pick the right leadership. You have gotten rid of a lot of great people because you had the wrong manager in place. If you say you are a diverse and inclusive company...BE THAT. The company frowns on employees who speak up because you see them as negative....and management looks for a way to get them out. Your BIGGEST culprit is HR....they protect leadership that mistreats the employee but you keep the employee quiet by buying them out.
