    I have been working at Habit Opco full-time (Less than a year)


    There are none.....I guess I can say it's a job


    Poor supervisors. Supervisors lack consideration are demanding and disrespectful. Lack professionalism Abusive management Poor pay Poor benefits...very poor benefits Poor HR...they don't get back to you Extraordinarily high case loads Not enough time to complete work...therefore most counselors are forced to stay late Expect 10 hour days....with no commensurate Job is constantly threatened if work is not completed in the same day. Each week they add on more paperwork Everything is micro managed It is definitely a hostile work environment Morale is at a consistent low. Staff is completely unhappy Quality of care for patients is Poor Unsafe work environment...patients threaten staff regularly and management could care less....just as long as they get paid.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the supervisors in Boston....Get rid of the regional manager....she is totally unsupportive and behaves like a racist dictator....she lacks insight and doesn't care about the situation....as expressed by her on many occasion. Her comments "people leave", "if you don't like the changes, it's your choice to leave"...professional eh!
