Nice people. Relaxed environment almost to a fault.

Zero sales through Q2 of 2015. Very unorganized. Processes and tools are very antiquated. A culture of work harder not smarter. Sales makes almost impossible promises hoping to be awarded projects. Has the feel of a company operating in the 80's and 90's. Competitors easily beat timelines and price. Corporate growth goals are ridiculous. A satellite office in the Denver CO area was opened in early 2014, was completely understaffed, and closed in August 2015 with those that had not left previously being let go. A two week company wide furlough in early July '15 due to poor sales. A sinking ship IMO.

    Advice to Management

Must improve processes, tools, and overall culture to meet modern standards. Listen to your employees' ideas for improvement, especially new talent that has fresh ideas and experience at other, more efficient companies. Bite the bullet and actually focus man hours on implementing improvements and hold all employees to those standards. Don't make promises you can't keep.
