I worked at Harte Hanks full-time (More than 8 years)
Autonomous position- after meeting w/client, I would decide what the best way to market them for their highest ROI. Also researched their market demographic & the psychology of their audience - wrote & designed ads & presented the campaigns.
Was not challenged. The company was not very forward thinking & I felt they were not producing to their full potential (both financially & widening higher level of audience awareness.)
Advice to Management
See above. U could've done so much more to stand out from the "pack." Mediocrity held u back & ultimately lead to ur location's demise. U need to study & go after clients w/money instead of wasting time on clients w/minimal revenue to advertise.
