It's a character problem in Chicago

Current Employee - Group Account Director in Chicago, IL
Current Employee - Group Account Director in Chicago, IL

I have been working at Havas Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

Pay is OK, the new office is nice, you get to go home before 8 every day. Lots of PTO.

The two guys running the agency are not good people. Its that simple. The problem is not that they are not competent and bright enough for their positions (which they aren't), but that they lie to and manipulate clients and employees, disrespect them (with prejudice and verbal abuse) and only care about themselves. As a consequence, an army of insecure and equally unreliable MDs and Group Directors has formed below them and no good creative work comes or will come out of that. I could go on but you probably got my point.

    Advice to Management

If you're not one of the two, there is still hope for you. You know what they are doing and how they do it: leave before everyone starts to think you're like them.
