Great pay, "seems" to be nice colleagues. Seem to have a large clientele. Schedules "seem" to be flexible..,
It's impossible to have a normal family life working for this company. Managers play favorites and also overwork their underlings like a slave. The amount of hours put in is pretty ridiculous. One slight complaint to the management and they hate you forever. Hence the reason for the turnaround for anyone working for the company. It's like walking on eggshells with these folks. Like other posters mentioned a lot of micromanaging involved. They are EXTREMELY unorganized. Managers within the same dept do not communicate with one another and too many miscommunications involved. Many of the headaches and last minute decisions can be avoided if they communicated with one another!!! Also, who wants to work for a company that makes decisions at the last minute? The reason why they seem to have a large clientele base is bc they do things fast and reason being is that they work the staff (full-time, part-time, contractors, you name it) like a slave..folks are overworked and they seem to not care if there's always a turnaround bc they entice potential hires with exuberant pay. It's unfortunate that the company promotes health and wellness but management do not practice what they preach. Pretty hypocritical. Overall, they do not care for the staffs' wellbeing.
Advice to Management
Take care of your employers and contractors. You overwork them too much. Learn to better organize your everyday workflow. Your departments should communicate with one another. If someone complains to you, don't easily dismiss the complaint and fire the staff.
