Fast growing, give back to employees through small activities. Nice office, nice people, smart employees, nice equipment.
Poor leadership, lack of policies, poor management, no expectations, no formal processes, change occurs too often, uncertain financial stability. Too many times management never follows through.
Advice to Management
Listen to employees and take their suggestions seriously. Plan better before acting. Communicate more with staff. Mentor staff and train firsthand instead of just delegating.
