Relatively easy work in customer service
Barely minimum wage, no incentive for excellent performance, senior management is all related and disrespectful to lower level employees, nowhere to move up, a lot of hassle to take off and go to a doctors appointment
Advice to Management
Don't assume just because someone is in customer service that their ideas aren't good. At least hear them out. They might just have a college degree and some smarts.
