I worked at Hertz full-time (More than 5 years)

As a manager, you get to drive a car for free, with extreme limitations.

The management presumes they own your soul. They are ignorant, uneducated, and unprofessional. The management team I was under has been removed since I left, however, I left because their decision making process eventually caused me to look elsewhere. It was, by far, the worst professional experience I have ever lived through. (And I worked in high volume retail prior, when in college). I strongly urge you to consider better employment options before even wasting your time applying here. The turn over is as high as kite on a windy day, and the employee appreciation is as abysmal as healthcare in a 3rd world country... or non existent. Hard to tell which is more accurate.

    Advice to Management

Replace yourselves with people who use their brains, or, at minimum, use the sense God gave a goat when it comes to basic operational management methodologies.
