Brand name and breath of product. Compensation is good. Benefits industry standard.
Change and more change. Change is part of life and it the IT industry, however, HP has redefined the word. The biggest complaint is from the client base, two many reps and territory changes. Customer support and R & D is the worst in the IT industry.
Advice to Management
What management. Too many and too many layers of folks that do not add value. Management is interested in the next level to keep their jobs and not interested in employees or customers. HP needs continuity in the field and more reps, not more layers of management.
