free admison to museum, fun things happen sometimes.

turnover is very high, managment and leadership is horrible, pay extremely low, demanding environmunt, workplace is unequal and you get no recognishun for your owrk. guilted for going to lunch, extremely stresful environment, conservative enironment. staff is micromanaged. unpredctable work load, you get a lot of last minute things to do every day. very understafed, they expect a lot from employees and your underpaid. lots of unhappy poeple looking elsewhere for jobs, high turnover. all WAC cares about is atendance numbers and thats it. higher up managment always unhappy. workspace is cubicles and poeple constantly checking what your doing. no room to move up.

    Advice to Management

comunicate better to you're staff or you will keep loseing them. hire more poeple to do the work you want done and work harder to make a more welcomeing invironment.
