I worked at Holiday Retirement full-time (More than a year)

The friends that you will make. And I am not talking about the staff. The residents at my building were amazing. That's what kept me going back as long as I did.

Where do I start... Sales leaders that flat out say " I don't care what happens to them after I get them in here". A corporate office that says you can't buy a $.10 an ounce food item because buying the $.24 an ounce item is going to save the company around $60,000 in rebates "kickbacks" a year. So screw the little guy and make the portfolio look better to the "investers" buying the properties and being dumb enough to let these people continue to run it. Allowing drunks to run a property as lead managers. The only reason why they haven't been fired is because they can't get anyone else to work for them. Everyone is going to the floating manager position so they don't have to deal with the BS. There are so many negative comments for a reason.

    Advice to Management

2 star only because of the residents.
