    Work/home life A few great colleagues A people industry enabling accessibility to create business relationships that last POST HC


    Poor communication Poor structure Poor culture lacks "promoting from within" Flavor of the month processes & policies No performance or cost of living pay increases Unbalanced pay rates for the same job roles/expectations Poor upper management ethics with high-turnover Lacks positive reinforcement, resulting in high staff turnover Seasoned staff trains new hires that last less than 6 mos costing company thousands by the hour; yet a sense of company expense is drilled Seasoned staff are managed like a sweat shop environment and overlooked for advancement or development opportunities Enforces unrealistic timelines and goals along with unbalanced work assignments across teams Dysfunctional & Biased Front line employees do work hard but are the least respected

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time developing longer term employees for promotions valuable to your business instead of recruiting new people who don't understand the culture from bottom up is a great way to sustain your success with some annual growth. Un necessary roles are costly and if you take a chance to invest in employees that have been long term; tried and true plus through and through with each change, take notice and provide opportunities to develop & advance. Stop the nepatism, exclusion or creating roles for high risk employees using WHO you know and develop your very own people who have displayed loyalty and simply want the same chances as those walking in the door are offered instead of watching them walkaway cause of your own upper management dysfunctions by creating the division that exists between staff but you call HC family.
