Lack of training on products, they try to train on the fly with minimal formal training. Base salary that is well below industry standard, hard to pay basic bills with this base (but a fairly competitive commission structure) Budgets that are set and huge growth that is expected year over year is unsustainable in the long term..........

Involve the district level with the budget process more, and offer/provide more product training
