    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at IHOP part-time (More than 3 years)

Very close co-worker bond. Many of the people I've met there are my very close friends. The job isn't too hard, and the bills are priced high so the tips aren't bad. Plus the store is 24-hr so shifts are flexible. The side-work isn't too hard either.

Lack/Corruption of higher management. Favoritism in sections (unfair rotation of stations; eventually drove me to leave) NO BENEFITS WHATSOEVER. They refuse to have you work over 40hrs so they don't have to give you them. No vacation. No sick days. It's kinda hard to get days off as well.

    Advice to Management

Get some. (i have to put more words here for some reason. so just ignore this)
