    Competitive Salary- comp plan that allows top performers to raise salary quickly. Job Satisfaction- Helping others improve themselves. Partner school Indiana Wesleyan University has good reputation.


    Bullying takes place by managers down the chain of command and is at the very least tolerated by levels of senior management. Poor Communication by managers who fail to provide feedback on staff performance including praise and constructive criticism, but have no problem discipline subordinates openly. Management has no trust in employees and instead micro manages staff and completely disempowers them. Leadership has too many reactive managers, who run from crisis to crisis, or who are constantly reacting to crisis, rather than being proactive. Managers with bacholors Degrees Manging folks with Masters degree at a place that preaches education is the way for advancement. Not ‘Walking the Talk’ tends to demoralize to staff. Managers who fail to treat employees as human beings by offering simple courtesies. Politics and Inequity by management with unequal treatment of employees. Managers who bluff their way through situations, or base decisions on something they know new very little about but are to proud to admit it. Managers that flat out Lie. Nepotisim Discrimination When you top out your Salary they will find a way to get rid of you even if they have to lie to do it.

    Advice to Management

    Stop having C talent people managing A talent people and know the diffrence. Managers need to provide employees with positive work environment. You would be suprised by how much productivity you will get out of a happy employee. Reward your top performers and try to retain them rather then making them expendable when their Salary gets to high.
