I have been working at Interactions full-time (Less than a year)
They have a variety of schedules and the job itself is very easy. It has a laid back environment. If you are one to prefer dealing with management staff over email or through text over face-to-face it's a good job. It certainly makes contact more convenient. It has pretty decent upward mobility and they offer training for new clients and positions if asked.
They just recently became a corporation so they don't know what they're doing. If Interactions were a more seasoned company, it would be great to work for. As it is, processes that should be more streamlined and stress free are ridiculously convoluted. Something as simple as taking your 10 minute break turns into an hours long debacle. If you can't work one day, you will almost certainly have to take a point because it is nigh impossible to find someone that can work for you (they have to have your exact clients and have the same job title as you). I will probably be able to change my company rating in the next few years once they've ironed out all their issues, but as it is, it's a very frustrating work experience.
