The help desk management is awful. The team leads are rude and don't want to work. While you are on the phone with a tech, they want you to put them on hold when a customer calls in, and take that call instead. Very stressful and not well organized. They need to have customer tech support and a tech tech support. The leads walk around like prison guards and try to find you doing something wrong so they can write you up for stupid stuff. They are not held to the same standard as everyone else. Passing the buck is the theme of this company.
Advice to Management
take care of your people instead of micro managing them all the time. Get rid of help desk manager and get someone that has some people skills. Little guy with an attitude,
