I worked at Internal Data Resources full-time (Less than a year)
- Good upward mobility; organic growth - Great team/culture (for the most part) - Company has a desire to grow - Company willing to put money back into the offices - Ability to influence the trajectory of the company long-term - Company processes are great and they provide a great foundation for professional sales growth
- Base compensation is low and commission structure is not competitive for the first 6 months minimum - Lack of consistent leadership - Distinct difference between what is said and what you can expect - Lack of loyalty for those that have been around for years when it comes to promotions - Local leadership has an inability to make tough decisions without leaning on outside influencers - Poor outside/non-organic hiring decision/s (killing the culture) - Extremely long hours
Advice to Management
I would recommend being more consistent with both actions and words. There needs to be consistency or this company will continue to stagnate as it has for the past 8 years. The leadership needs improvement. Do not say things you will not back up. Keep the processes in place as they are a great foundation.
