Intrepid alone was more effective without Xerox.
One would hope that the Xerox Acquisition would help Intrepid to be more effective. Instead, a layer of obsolete technology and arcane processes have been laid on top of Intrepid's somewhat poor management.
Advice to Management
Understand how the acquisition affects the staff that are doing the real work. You appear to have no understanding of how the change affects people, their work and the workflow with the client.
