Quit talking about loyalty when both the company and the employees are fully aware that there is no such thing anymore. Companies have to compete in a global market and they have to keep increasing profitability. If a company can find a way to save money by replacing employees through automation, they have to do it. And we get that. It is condescending to talk about loyalty to us.
