    I worked at JTB full-time

    - Stable schedule w/ lunch break - Can be flexible for part-timers - Can use Japanese/English - Has health/dental/eye insurance

    - Pay sucks - Everyone is sad/stressed - Management is cheap cheap cheap - A rigid old-school Japanese work environment in America - No vacation 'til after 6 months - Given a very hard time for taking vacation - Racist & sexist - Management/HR constantly is changing things for no reason at all, literally their changes do nothing, they are just constantly renaming and reorganizing things to no effect - Websites/tools are not user friendly - No over sight if you are being abused at work (like I was) - Very slim opportunities for advancement or raises - Some branches micromanage employees - Sterile office with no sunlight or noise - A travel agency but yet ironically you probably won't be able to afford to travel - Very tedious and mind-numbing work

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better (They really need a morale boost), get better tech going (like replace the 80's typewriters, maybe get a mobile app if you even want to COMPETE with sites like Kayak anymore, update the crap website), also stop putting such high expectations on the individual branches because it is stressing everyone out, also you shouldn't expect people to live on 30k a year in a big city
