The clients are awesome, but you end up struggling because you love your clients and hate your job.
Extremely poor management and training. Managers seem to be part of some sort of "mean girl" sorority where they bully their underlings while they sit and do nothing. Daily complaints about call volume not being enough, not enough clients, not enough food sales... all commonplace. You are expected to rejuvenate business by repeatedly calling the same people over and over again to try to get them to come back in. A lot of people can be rude on the phone. Pay is ridiculous for the amount of responsibility, and don't plan on EVER getting sick or taking any time off... It just wont happen. And if for some reason it does, you will get the passive aggressive silent treatment.
Advice to Management
Treat your consultants with some respect, better vacation package and a decent commission rate - The food is plenty expensive.
