With some positive actions on the part of corporate, Kenilworth could become what it once was... a great income producer and shining star.
Most new employees at this store just don't seem to give a damn. Older employees have just lost that positive attitude. Many mixed messages are given. Give great customer service, unless the phone rings when the store is busy. Then you have to drop your customer,and answer the phone. Information is distributed to only employees at the morning meeting and to noone else. Training is a one-time thing. New equipment has already broken down and after several weeks has not been repaired.
Advice to Management
Pay your go to employees the commission they deserve and maybe you will retain them. Noone can live off what is being paid unless you live at home with "mommy." Get rid of the sharks at the store, they only sell but do little if any stock work at the store, making others bare the brunt of the work. They destroy the morale of their co-workers.
