I have been working at Johns Hopkins University full-time (More than a year)

Advisor is great! Environment is great! I enjoyed working here quite a lot. And I learned a lot from here.

The pay is not very good here but the compensation and benefits are top notch. Also there are numerous school affiliated to Hopkins, they are not very connected.

    Advice to Management

make one university policy even more realistic and increase pay to your employees. But overall it is very good place to work for!
