They seem to acknowledge that there are numerous employees that are dissatisfied with the current state of the company. They recently were sold and bought by a new holding company so hopefully that will help alleviate some of the issues.
Pretty much everything about this company's structure goes completely against the nature of an innovative agency. Creativity is lacking and the company often suggests to clients ideas and strategies that have worked for them with other clients, with no semblance of originality. I also found the organization to be incredibly homogeneous with horrible xenophobic ideals. Once a Senior Director actually winced and said he'd rather eat glass than share a hotel room with a gay person. Not a progressive organization at all. I know Motorsports is a 'boys club' but that is no excuse for misogynistic company policies like having to take disability in order to have a child.
Advice to Management
Short of relocating the headquarters to an area that extols actual creative people (i.e. getting out of Indiana,) hire a real Creative Director. Hold some of your longtime staff more accountable. Client retention is an issue and trust me it isn't because of new employees. Learn to be a more accepting environment and for the love of God, don't recycle old client work and give it to new clients, it's just lazy and unprofessional.
