Decent starting Salary, Had to negotiate hard to get it when I interviewed for the job. Lasted 2 1/2 years doing a death commute. The Co did pick up all the commuting expenses.

Very poor management on the District and sometimes the Region level. Office politics on the District level negatively exasperated by the Co having multiple performance metrics for the various departments. A lot of department backstabbing in order to protect their numbers rather than working cooperatively for the betterment of the company as a whole.

    Advice to Management

Try to consolidate the department performance metrics so that the intercompany rivalry does not negatively effect the company's bottom line. It happened constantly while I was there and contributed to my premature departure.
