Not up to date on most current technologies, poor management training, does not uphold to vision plan, company creed, or take profound pride in either.
Advice to Management
Upper mananagwment needs to be managed. Give people jobs based on actual experience and the passion to be there, not just make a paycheck. Provide incentives to people who exemplify passion to be there, and strive to management that they must be leaders in order to lead a great staff. Would love to see more remote work opportunities domestically and not outsourced. More money went into outsourcing than training employees to be better and move forward in their careers with Kemper. What's more of a priority....People who work hard at home, or training total strangers who outsource the very same work?
