Schedule flexibility, decent time off policy, most co-workers are great, and it's a great way to network for the jobs that you really want.
The company has become nothing more than a profit machine. The higher management cars nothing at all for quality of life of employees. We're penalized for things we weren't told were wrong and bonus qualifications are changed mid-quarter and applied retroactively. You can work hard all quarter and not qualify for a bonus after the fact because they changed the requirements. Upper management has resorted to micromanaging and the CEO will not take any responsibility whatsoever. He claims an open door policy, but anything taken to him is blamed on those beneath him regardless of the issue.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees as an asset, not a burden. Advil telling us what we're doing wrong and focus on the positive. If we met standards, still browbeating us on a daily basis. We're all overwhelmed, underpaid, and very much underappreciated. Get rid of the problem employees and stop blaming everybody for what they do.
