The best reason to work here is the people. Of all the engineering firms I have worked with, the people in this office are a big reason I enjoy the work I get to do. The office is experiencing tremendous growth, yet seems to care about the people who have made it such a success. There are incentives to working hard, and the responsibility you receive coming straight out of school is more than any of classmates are experiencing.

The biggest challenge is finding enough hours in the day to complete work. The office is very lucky to have such a large amount of work.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for rewarding all of the hard work. It keeps me motivated and makes the long weeks worth it!
