Some smart people in management roles who think too highly of themselves. Unless you're in a senior role you're just a minion and you don't feel valued. Employee engagement and job satisfaction was lower than what I've seen with other consulting firms. Too much focus on utilization/sales targets as a measure of success.
Advice to Management
Your senior management team needs to get closer to the troops to get a better sense of employee engagement. Losing good solid performers because the senior management team seems out of touch.
