Great benefits -- mainly PTO. Employees ( non management ) are great to work with across all departments.

Pressured by management to not to take PTO. If you leave or are let go you do not get paid out for the PTO you were not allowed to take. Management does not know what they are doing - They mention Fake till you make it a lot to cover up for what they do not know or are unwilling to learn There is significant Director (no managers in the entire company) turn over. They keep "trying" new things which is a sign they make major decisions on a whim and are guessing at what works. Very little career growth if you have experience when hired.

    Advice to Management

Don't expect employee's to work around the clock and through the weekends all the time. Yes we know it has to happen but make it less often.
