I have been working at Lee Enterprises full-time (More than a year)
Can't think of any real pros.
High turnover on purpose, the pay little so that you'll quit and the cycle starts over again. They pay as little as possible so upper management can make bank.
Advice to Management
Advice? They wouldn't listen anyways but for the sales reps change the pay plan to more of a commission base pay plan, higher more reps and you'll have good ones stay and poor ones leave so you can still have your turnover that you desire.
